Known as the “female version of Frank Sinatra” singer/songwriter Darla Zuhdi is a lovely crooner whose beautiful voice and charismatic persona has been so recognized by many famous people.  Wayne Newton, whom Darla opened in concert for, describes Darla as a “beautiful and talented lady.” Famed singer Buddy Greco, with over 67 albums, has written about Darla that he “loves to hear her sing! And the list goes on and on.

In July of 2011, catBOX Entertainment, Inc., the company who manages Darla, officially announced an agreement had been reached for distribution to network, satellite, cable, and other forms of national and world-wide media the TV music special featuring Darla Z in concert, taped before a live studio audience at South Point Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 22, 2011.  Darla Z Live from Las Vegas TV special will air multiple times on numerous national and international media platforms beginning December, 2011. 

Darla's musical director and conductor is famed jazz pianist Bob Rozario, formerly Music Director for the hit TV shows of Bobby Darin, the Dick Clark Show and Tony Orlando and Dawn. Darla and Rozario have been together since 2007, when they recorded Darla's debut cd, All About Love, which features six of Darla's original songs. 

Darla began her career opening in concert for Willie Nelson in 2005, before a crowd of 10,000.  She is the only opening act Wayne Newton has ever had.  Her show has been so loved in Oklahoma, she has headlined there four times in the past year. November of 2010, Darla was named by the Oklahoma Heritage Association as the 2010 Oklahoma Hall of Fame Special Guest and Featured Vocalist. Darla has been heard and seen recently performing in Las Vegas where she has appeared numerous times as a special guest on a radio show on the nationally syndicated network Stay Tuned America.
